Who are the Summer Staff?
            The Camp WOW Summer Staff truly is the heart and soul of our summer.  The summer staff provide energy, service, and love to every camper that comes through WOW. 

How old do I have to be to work for Camp WOW?
                 Camp WOW hires college students who have completed their freshman year for summer staff. We also have a program for those who have finished their junior or senior year of high school called the Timothy Term program.

What does it take to be on staff at Camp WOW?
            Being selected to serve on staff at any Christ-centered Camp is an honor.  Camp WOW only hires college students who have a genuine desire to serve like Jesus for an entire summer.  Being on summer staff requires a selfless attitude, a loving heart, and a hard-working and flexible outlook.  You also must be at least 1 year out of high school.

If I serve on staff at Camp WOW, what would my job be?
            Camp WOW is divided into three teams: Ropes Team- who is responsible for running all high and low ropes elements, Water Front Team- who is responsible for guarding the lives of campers at the Lake Front, and Tech Team- who is responsible for running sound, photography and videography, video editing, etc.
            Both the Water Front and Ropes Teams are also responsible for running recreation activities, late night parties, serving meals, cleaning up, hanging out with campers, and any other service opportunity that arises.  Tech Team will also have various other responsibilities.

Does Camp WOW Summer Staff get paid?
            Yes.  Although we know those who come to serve with us are not doing it for the money, we also recognize and appreciate the hard work our staff provides and we know financial needs are great among all college students.  First year staff is paid $175 for work week and $750/session (2 sessions).  Pay does increase for returning staff.

How do I apply?
